NekTonic, Inc.

An application to incorporate Nektonic, Inc. with the Secretary of State in the state of Washington
was submitted on Sunday, April 3rd, 2005 and was approved on the same date. A second application
was filed with the Department of Licensing to establish the trade name of NTI Racing to be used
in lue of (i.e. the same as) Nektonic, Inc. It was also approved to be used for business reasons.
